Everything sold on readyfloorplans.com is digital. Nothing is shipped physically, there is no courier delivery and there are no shipping or handling charges. The website is operated by Dishant, trading as ReadyFloorPlans, Vivek Vihar, Ward No. 6, Herbertpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248142, India.

Ready-made plans — delivered instantly
- As soon as your payment succeeds, the download button appears on the order confirmation page. You can download the PDF straight away.
- A download link is emailed to the address you entered at checkout, usually within a few minutes.
- You can download your purchase again at any time from My Account → Downloads, using the same email address. There is no limit on the number of downloads and the link does not expire.
Modifications and custom designs
- Plan modifications: delivered by email in 3–5 working days.
- Custom designs for your plot: delivered by email in 7–15 working days.
Both are counted from the day we have your payment and all the details we need (plot size, dimensions, facing, road side and your requirements). If anything will take longer, we tell you before we start.
If your download or email does not arrive
- Check the spam, promotions and updates folders of the email address you used at checkout.
- Open My Account → Downloads and sign in with that same email address — your purchase is always there.
- If you still cannot find it, email support@readyfloorplans.com or WhatsApp +91 9760202215 with your order number and the email you used. We reply within 24 hours during support hours (Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST) and send the file to you directly.
If we cannot deliver your plan at all, you get a full refund under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Where we deliver
We sell to customers in India. Because delivery is by download and email, your plan reaches you wherever you are — no address is needed.
