What you buy
Each plan is a digital drawing delivered as a PDF download. There is no printed copy and nothing is shipped. You receive a licence to use the plan to build one house, for yourself or for your client. You may not resell, re-license, share, publish or redistribute the files, and you may not sell them as your own designs.
Use of plans
Plans show the layout and dimensions for planning and for discussion with your contractor. Local building bye-laws, setbacks, soil conditions, services and structural design vary from site to site. Before you start construction, have the drawings checked and approved by a locally licensed architect or structural engineer and by your local authority. ReadyFloorPlans is not responsible for construction carried out from the plans, for approvals refused by an authority, or for changes required at site.
Prices and payment
All prices are shown in Indian Rupees (INR, ₹) and include all applicable charges unless stated otherwise on the product page. Payments are processed securely by Razorpay, which supports UPI, debit and credit cards and netbanking. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details. We sell to customers in India only.
Modifications and custom designs
If you want changes to a ready-made plan, or a new plan designed for your plot, contact us before paying so we can confirm the scope and the fee. Normal turnaround once we have your plot details and payment is 3–5 working days for a modification and 7–15 working days for a custom design. These services are quoted separately and are covered by the modification section of our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Your account and orders
You must give a correct name, mobile number and email address at checkout, because the download link is sent to that email. We may cancel and refund an order if it was placed by mistake, is fraudulent, or if a plan is listed with a wrong price or wrong details.
Intellectual property
All designs, drawings, images, text and videos on this website remain the property of Dishant (ReadyFloorPlans) and may not be copied or reused without written permission.

Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Dehradun, Uttarakhand have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
