This policy explains when an order on readyfloorplans.com can be cancelled and when we refund. The website is operated by Dishant, trading as ReadyFloorPlans, Vivek Vihar, Ward No. 6, Herbertpur, Dehradun, Uttarakhand 248142, India.

Ready-made plans (instant download)
Ready-made plans are digital products delivered immediately after payment, so an order cannot be cancelled once the download has been made available to you.
When we refund
- You were charged twice for the same order.
- Payment was taken but the download was not delivered, and we cannot fix it within 48 hours.
- The file you received is corrupt, or is not the plan shown on the product page, and we cannot replace it within 48 hours.
What an approved refund means
An approved refund is a full refund of the amount you paid. It is credited to the original payment method used for the order (the same UPI ID, card or bank account) and reaches you within 5–7 working days of approval. We do not charge any cancellation or processing fee, and we do not issue partial refunds, store credit or vouchers in place of a refund.
How to request a refund
- Within 7 days of your purchase, email support@readyfloorplans.com or send a WhatsApp message to +91 9760202215.
- Include your order number (it is in your order confirmation email), the email address you used at checkout, and what went wrong.
- We reply within 24 hours during our support hours, Monday to Sunday, 9:00 AM – 7:30 PM IST, and tell you whether the refund is approved.
- If it is approved, we process it the same working day and your bank or UPI app credits it within 5–7 working days.
No refunds for
- Change of mind after the plan has been downloaded.
- A plan not matching local approval rules or bye-laws — please check your plot size and requirements before buying, or ask us first.
- Asking for a different plan size, facing or layout after buying. That is a modification, and it is quoted separately.
Modification and custom-design orders
Changes to a ready-made plan and new plans designed for your plot are drawing work, not instant downloads, so different rules apply.
- Cancelling before work starts: you may cancel by email or WhatsApp any time before we send the first draft, and you get a full refund of the advance or fee you paid, to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
- Once work has started: the advance or fee is not refundable, because drawing time has already been spent on your plot. We will still finish the work and deliver it.
- Once the drawings are delivered: no amount is refundable. If a delivered drawing does not match the scope we agreed in writing, tell us within 7 days and we will correct it at no extra cost.
Normal turnaround is 3–5 working days for a modification and 7–15 working days for a custom design, counted from the day we have both your plot details and your payment. If we cannot start within that time, we will tell you and offer you a full refund.
