What we collect
- At checkout: your name, email address, mobile number and state. We need these to deliver your plan, to raise your invoice and to contact you about your order.
- Your order history, so that you can download your purchases again from My Account.
- If you write to us (contact form, email or WhatsApp): your name, contact details and your message.
- Technical data: cookies needed for the cart, checkout and login to work, and basic, aggregated visit statistics. We do not use cookies to build advertising profiles.
Payments
Payments are processed by Razorpay. You enter your UPI, card or netbanking details on Razorpay’s secure page, not on ours. We never see or store your card number, UPI PIN or bank credentials. We receive only the payment status and a transaction reference. Razorpay handles that data under its own privacy policy.
How we use it
Only to deliver and support your order: sending the download link, answering your questions, keeping accounts and tax records, and preventing fraud or misuse of our files. We do not send marketing email unless you ask us to.
Who we share it with
We do not sell or rent your personal data. We share it only with the service providers needed to run the store — our payment gateway (Razorpay), our web host, and our email service — and only as much as each needs. We may also disclose data if the law or a lawful authority requires it.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as Indian tax and accounting law requires. Contact-form messages are kept only as long as needed to answer you.
Security
The website runs over HTTPS and access to the store admin is limited to the owner and the shop manager. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.
Children
This store is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the personal data we hold about you, correct it, or delete it where we are not required to keep it. Write to support@readyfloorplans.com from the email address you used at checkout and we will respond within 30 days.
